In order to apply for Primary Membership you must:
(1) Have a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
(2) Ensure your sponsoring Broker is a Primary or Secondary Member of The West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS®.
Membership includes but is not limited to
- Membership with the West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS®, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®
- A subscription to Flex MLS
- Access to the SentriLock Lockbox System
- Access to Zipforms
- Access to ShowingTime showing service
Local, State & National Dues are prorated for new members each month. Application fee and PAR New member fee are not prorated.

MLS participation fee is prorated each month for new members. The application fee is not prorated.
